Could anyone help me in finding at least some information concerning the following subjects: 1) royal crests and heraldy in Middle-Earth; 2) demographic and geographical information concerning Age I (including distances between different realms, size of the population and strength of armies in different battles, etc.) Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to search for this information in HoME myself, for I cannot get the books.
