Yes from Warhammer Fantasy or Warhammer 40K.

Eldar is just a term for Tolkiens Elves, but not the whole term they
use.
So the copyright I suspect is not being infringed on Tolkiens usage of
the word, since in Tolkiens universe Eldar is just a term for all elves
and not specific.
