Anthony Appleyard has three articles in the archive. There is a substantial (100k) analysis of Quenya grammar, which (be warned!) contains proposals for extending Quenya as well as genuine material. There is a similar but (of course) shorter article on the Black Speech. The third article is a translation into Quenya of the Annals of Valinor; readers should be warned that some of Anthony's translations make use of invention, and have given rise to controversy!

Patrick Wynne and Carl Hostetter have a translation into Quenya of the Lord's Prayer. At the request of the authors, this article is no longer available here, but is available in hypertext form at the ELF site, here.
